Hit CiTV series Bookaboo was awarded a much coveted BAFTA at the EA British Academy Children's Awards.
The book-loving drum-playing rock puppy beat off stiff competition from BBC heavyweights, In The Night Garden and Grandpa in My Pocket and Channel 5's The Christmas Milkshake Show to win the Best Pre-School Live Action category.
Since its first broadcast in March 2009, Bookaboo has gone from strength to strength, with stars in the first series including Strictly Come Dancing judge Alesha Dixon and rock singer Meat Loaf.
In September 2010, we will publish a series of tie-ins which will include Bookaboo stories, sticker books and activity books, with further tie-ins to follow. So keep your eyes peeled for more adventures with the funkiest puppy around!
